How Stepsize Transformed Standups at OpusFlow and saved 25+ hours per week

OpusFlow is a 30-person software development company designed to enhance productivity for companies within the sustainability industry. Every process is managed within OpusFlow, starting from the initial concept, all the way down to the final invoice.

The Challenge

William, a Product Owner at OpusFlow, realised that the team was spending too much time and effort on their daily team standups. Each team member would manually submit an update, which would vary in terms of quality depending on how much time the team had to think about what they had done. 

Collectively, the team spent about 5 working hours per day, creating and consuming standups. William felt that this time could be spent on value-adding work instead.

The Stepsize Solution

William implemented Stepsize AI, a tool that automatically generates and distributes key updates based on his team's activity, including key results, blockers and opportunities. Some of the benefits that were observed included:
